AI Readiness Assessment

A scored, structured diagnostic that tells you exactly where you stand — and what to do next. Four to six weeks.

Most AI projects fail before they start.

Not because the technology is wrong. Because the foundation underneath is wrong. Fragmented data. Unclear governance. A strategy that doesn’t map to what the systems can actually support.

The Assessment exists to give you an honest, scored picture before you commit budget to anything bigger.

Three pillars. One score.

Technical Foundation (40%)

We score your data architecture, integration patterns, pipeline maturity, infrastructure, and platform readiness. The question we answer: can your systems actually support AI workloads today?

Specifics: Data quality, source-system integration, infrastructure capacity, security posture, observability.

Governance and Risk (30%)

We assess your data governance, regulatory exposure, model risk practices, and the controls around AI behaviour. The question we answer: can you safely run AI in your environment, and prove it?

Specifics: Data lineage, GDPR posture, EU AI Act readiness, model risk management, audit trail readiness.

Strategy and Readiness (30%)

We assess your AI strategy, your prioritisation framework, your operating model, and your change capacity. The question we answer: are you set up to actually move when the technical foundation is ready?

Specifics: Use-case pipeline, executive sponsorship, decision rights, change capacity, value tracking.

What you walk away with.

A scored diagnostic

A single number per pillar. A composite readiness score. Comparable, repeatable, defensible.

A gap map

A documented inventory of what’s blocking AI in your environment — by pillar, by severity, by remediation effort.

A prioritised roadmap

A sequenced plan: what to fix first, what to do in parallel, what to delay. Mapped to budgets and timeframes.

A clear next step

A concrete, costed recommendation for the first workstream — whether or not you continue with us.

Four to six weeks. Three phases.

1 / Week 1

Onboarding and access

We scope the assessment, agree on stakeholders, and get the access we need. Initial workshops kick off in week one.

2 / Weeks 2–4

Deep dive

Workshops, data inspection, system review, and stakeholder interviews across all three pillars. We score as we go.

3 / Weeks 5–6

Synthesis and presentation

We compile the scored diagnostic, the gap map, the prioritised roadmap, and present back to your leadership.

What it costs.

Fixed fee. EUR 15,000–40,000 depending on scope (number of business units, number of source systems, size of leadership group involved). Quoted within one week of a discovery call.

No hidden hourly billing. No surprise extensions. The Assessment ends when the deliverables are presented.

Why most engagements start here.

  • You get clarity before you commit budget: EUR 15,000–40,000 buys you a scored picture instead of guessing. Cheaper than a wrong six-figure decision.
  • You get a partner, not just a report: Most assessments end with a slide deck. Ours ends with a working relationship — if you want one.
  • You keep the IP: Everything we produce is yours. The scoring model. The gap map. The roadmap. No vendor lock-in.

Ready to find out where you actually stand?

A 30-minute discovery call is enough to know if the Assessment is the right next step. No charge. No commitment.
