What you'd actually work on
SynlogIQ works with mid-to-large non-IT enterprises in Western Europe, the UK, and the US East Coast. We help them build the data foundation that makes AI possible, modernise the systems that don't work, and build agentic AI where it makes sense.
Data and platform engineering
Databricks lakehouses. Azure data platforms. Pipelines, BI modernisation, DWH migrations.
Software and systems modernisation
Custom applications, legacy modernisation, CI/CD, support. .NET, Java, Python, TypeScript.
Microsoft and agentic AI
D365, Power Platform, Azure, custom .NET. MCP servers and agentic workflows for specific business processes.

Remote-friendly, CET-anchored
Most of the team works remotely. Working hours overlap with our clients in Western Europe — full overlap with DACH, ~5 hours overlap with the US East Coast.
Build and transfer
Our engagements end with handover. You'll learn how to build systems that survive after we leave.
