We help mid-to-large non-IT enterprises in Western Europe, the UK, and the US East Coast become AI-ready — by fixing their data foundations, modernising their systems, and building the engineering capability to keep things running.

Our delivery model is built around a senior-led core team with a wider network of specialists across Southeast Europe. We staff engagements with the right size and seniority for the work — not with a fixed bench.

We have deep Microsoft-stack delivery experience but are not formally listed on Microsoft's public partner directory in v1.0. Partnership status will be updated as it changes.

Most engagements start one of two ways. Either with an AI Readiness Assessment (4–6 weeks, EUR 15,000–40,000) that gives you a scored map before you commit budget. Or with a focused engagement on a known problem — a Databricks migration, a Power Platform build, a custom application. When you're not sure which fits, a 30-minute discovery call gets you to the right starting point.

30–60 minutes. We listen first. We ask questions that surface what's actually in the way. No charge. No commitment. By the end of the call, we either propose a next step or we tell you we're not the right fit.

Our sweet spot is mid-to-large non-IT enterprises — typically 100+ employees, EUR 1–5M+ ARR. We work across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, retail, financial services, insurance, and cyber security.

Online gambling, online betting, adult industry. We don't engage in those sectors.

Two common models. Time and Materials — billed monthly against engineering hours used, with a clear day-rate per role. Or fixed price — for scoped pieces of work with a defined outcome. The AI Readiness Assessment is always fixed price.

Day rates vary by role and seniority. We quote per engagement after scoping. We're priced below Western European specialists at equivalent seniority — the cost-quality tradeoff is one of our value props.

EUR by default. GBP and USD on request for engagements with UK or US clients.

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before sharing client-sensitive material. Standard 2-year confidentiality term. If your legal team requires a specific template, send it across — we'll review and respond within a few business days.

Most engineers work remotely, anchored on CET timezone. All eight countries in our talent network share or closely overlap with CET. We don't outsource to time zones that don't align with your working day.

Yes, when the engagement requires it. We travel for kick-offs, scoping workshops, and major milestones. Day-to-day delivery is remote.

Both, depending on what you need. Sometimes we deliver a workstream end-to-end. Sometimes we work alongside your internal team, with your engineers and ours in the same standups. The model is decided in scoping.

English. Always. Every engineer on a client-facing engagement is fully English-fluent. Our engineers are culturally aligned with Western European working norms — this is a deliberate hiring criterion.

A scored, structured diagnostic. We assess three pillars — Technical Foundation (40% weight), Governance and Risk (30%), Strategy and Readiness (30%). Four to six weeks. EUR 15,000–40,000. You walk away with a scored picture, a documented gap map, a prioritised roadmap, and a concrete next step.

Every SynlogIQ engagement ends with a formal handover. Documentation, runbooks, training. Your team operates the system after we leave. You keep the IP, the knowledge, and the capability. No vendor lock-in. No long-term dependency.

Yes. We can own the whole engagement end to end — assess, build, deliver, and keep it running — with an experienced delivery lead accountable for the outcome. The load moves to us; the visibility stays with you. If you mean renting bodies by the hour, that's not us. If you mean a partner who takes the work and the risk and sees it through, that's exactly how we work.

We focus on mid-to-large enterprises. We occasionally take on start-ups when the work aligns with our delivery model and the engagement size justifies the senior-led approach. The AI Readiness Assessment is rarely the right fit for an early-stage start-up.
