About Synlogiq

At Synlogiq, we connect exceptional engineering talent with innovative companies building products that make a real impact. We partner with ambitious organizations to help them grow high-performing engineering teams capable of solving complex technical challenges.

About the Role

Location: On-site, Austin, TX or Toronto, ON

This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure automation, hardware validation, Kubernetes platforms, and large-scale AI infrastructure.

The team is responsible for building and validating the infrastructure used to deploy and operate Tenstorrent AI systems across data center environments. The work involves automation, infrastructure tooling, deployment validation, system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing of large-scale compute environments.

The ideal candidate is typically someone with approximately 3-10 years of relevant hands-on experience working with bare-metal infrastructure, Linux systems, Kubernetes platforms, large-scale infrastructure environments, or GPU/AI infrastructure. Direct GPU infrastructure experience is highly valued, though candidates with strong bare-metal, systems, or infrastructure engineering backgrounds may also be successful in the role.

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Center NetBox Specialist to support manual data entry, cleanup, and data quality work in NetBox. This is a hands-on contract role focused on improving the accuracy and completeness of infrastructure records so NetBox can serve as a reliable source of truth for devices, racks, sites, IP-related data, and other core data center inventory. NetBox is already used internally as a source of truth, and current workflows rely on accurate data in the platform

Work environment:

Location:  Remote

Employment type:  Long-term contractor engagement (full-time)

Team:  Embedded with our client’s engineering team

About SynlogIQ

SynlogIQ helps enterprises become AI-ready. We fix the data and engineering foundations — platform engineering, data engineering, the Microsoft stack, agentic AI, and custom software — so AI actually works in production, not just in a demo.

SynlogIQ engineers come from across Southeast Europe — eight countries that share your working day, carry a register that holds up in the boardroom, and draw on a craft tradition that runs deep.

Engineering talent, embedded

Alongside our project work, we place senior engineers directly inside client engineering teams — people who own their work, think in systems, and raise the standard of the teams they join. The role below is one of those engagements: you would be embedded with a client’s engineering team as part of a long-term contractor partnership through SynlogIQ.

About the role

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to build production-grade AI applications for an enterprise client. Your focus won’t be training foundation models. Instead, you’ll design and build intelligent products that combine LLMs, agentic workflows, APIs, tools, and external systems into reliable, scalable, production-ready solutions — well beyond simple prompt-and-response.

Working with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists, you’ll ship AI-powered features that create measurable business value.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior SDET — a software engineer with a strong quality mindset, not a classic QA/tester. You’ll build automation frameworks from the ground up, set QA standards across the whole development process, and shape how the team tests, validates, and ships software. If you care about automation, software craftsmanship, and continuous improvement, this is a role with real influence.
