About the Role
Location: On-site, Austin, TX or Toronto, ON
This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure automation, hardware validation, Kubernetes platforms, and large-scale AI infrastructure.
The team is responsible for building and validating the infrastructure used to deploy and operate Tenstorrent AI systems across data center environments. The work involves automation, infrastructure tooling, deployment validation, system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing of large-scale compute environments.
The ideal candidate is typically someone with approximately 3-10 years of relevant hands-on experience working with bare-metal infrastructure, Linux systems, Kubernetes platforms, large-scale infrastructure environments, or GPU/AI infrastructure. Direct GPU infrastructure experience is highly valued, though candidates with strong bare-metal, systems, or infrastructure engineering backgrounds may also be successful in the role.

What You’ll Do
- Building internal tooling and automation for infrastructure deployment and validation.
- Developing frameworks and scripts for infrastructure testing, diagnostics, and health validation.
- Supporting deployment validation across compute clusters and infrastructure environments.
- Troubleshooting hardware, networking, platform, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Performing root-cause analysis across hardware, networking, operating system, and platform layers.
- Working closely with infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software engineering teams.
- Improving infrastructure reliability, operational workflows, and validation coverage.

About the Role
We are looking for a Data Center NetBox Specialist to support manual data entry, cleanup, and data quality work in NetBox. This is a hands-on contract role focused on improving the accuracy and completeness of infrastructure records so NetBox can serve as a reliable source of truth for devices, racks, sites, IP-related data, and other core data center inventory. NetBox is already used internally as a source of truth, and current workflows rely on accurate data in the platform

What You’ll Do
- Enter, update, and maintain infrastructure data in NetBox for data center assets and related records.
- Review existing records for completeness, consistency, and correctness, and fix data quality issues.
- Organize and normalize data so NetBox can better reflect the current state of the environment.
- Support cleanup of manually tracked or incomplete inventory and help migrate that information into NetBox.
- Work with infrastructure, deployment, and operations teams to collect missing asset details and resolve discrepancies.
- Help maintain records across common NetBox domains such as devices, racks, sites, locations, cables, interfaces, and IP-related objects as needed.
- Validate naming, location, asset, and relationship data to improve reporting and operational accuracy.
- Assist with bulk updates using spreadsheets or CSV-based workflows when appropriate, while keeping records clean and structured.
- Flag recurring data issues and suggest practical improvements to data entry processes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to help make NetBox more dependable until broader automation is in place. Some NetBox-related workflows exist today, but access and automation are still limited in certain environments, making strong manual data stewardship important in the near term.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with data entry, inventory tracking, asset management, or operations support in a technical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep records accurate and well organized.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CSV files, and structured data.
- Able to follow naming standards, data rules, and repeatable processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with technical teams to gather missing information.
- Able to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and incomplete records and resolve them carefully.
- Comfortable handling repetitive work with a high level of accuracy.
- Prior experience with infrastructure tools, CMDBs, asset systems, or data center inventory platforms is a plus.

- Exposure to data center infrastructure, networking, or hardware inventory.

About the Role
Location: Austin, TX
The Hardware Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of server hardware and related equipment. This role ensures optimal functioning of hardware systems, expand existing pools of engineering services, contributing to new projects and minimizing downtime through prompt response times. Priority support for the seamless operation of technology infrastructure between engineering teams to maintain access for critical systems and hands-on assistance to software developers and hardware engineers. Capable of keeping pace with cutting-edge AI hardware development (servers, desktops, PCIe boards) and is not hindered by constant change due to R&D, prototyping, and hardware/software patches through to commercial release.

What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and peripheral devices
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs to keep current with engineering demands
- Use DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) tools to view/update assets per location & project
- Provide technical support and end-user training on hardware functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with IT, Sites, Customer teams to resolve unique issues in support of complex network infrastructure
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in IT, computer science, or STEM related fields
- Proficiency in computer architecture, operating systems (Linux, macOS, Windows), and command-line shells
- Experience with hardware diagnostics, firmware updates, and component-level repairs
- Familiarity with tools used for server racks, mainboards, PCIe peripherals, such as lifts, carts, and precision hand tools
- Strong problem-solving, team communication, and online documentation skills
- Enthusiastic about scripting repetitive tasks to improve automated practices

Working with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists, you’ll ship AI-powered features that create measurable business value.

About the role
We’re looking for a Senior SDET — a software engineer with a strong quality mindset, not a classic QA/tester. You’ll build automation frameworks from the ground up, set QA standards across the whole development process, and shape how the team tests, validates, and ships software. If you care about automation, software craftsmanship, and continuous improvement, this is a role with real influence.
What you’ll do
- Build UI, API, and integration automation frameworks from scratch (for example, using the Page Object Model)
- Design and run manual and automated testing strategies across environments
- Set and raise QA standards and testing processes across teams
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor other QA engineers on automation best practice
- Debug flaky tests, analyse logs, and investigate production issues
- Review test-automation code and keep the test infrastructure healthy
What we’re looking for
- 7–9 years in quality engineering with a strong automation focus
- Strong automation in Python (must-have); Java is a plus
- Deep experience in API and integration testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar)
- Automation framework design (Page Object Model or equivalent)
- CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions or similar)
- Databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and test-management tools (Xray, TestRail, Zephyr)
